What is included in each plan?

Free includes three PDF uploads, AI statement categorisation, budgets, savings goals, support for any currency, and a will inventory with readiness checks. Standard adds unlimited statement uploads, investment tracking, exports, your will document and priority support. Free is for personal use. Standard includes up to two household members; Premium includes the same Standard tools for up to four household members, and each member can draft their own will.

Is the Will Writer included?

Every account can build an estate inventory from the records in Zempo, name executors, guardians and beneficiaries, and see readiness checks. Previewing, downloading and updating the will document is included in Standard and Premium. If you stay on Free, you can buy the document on its own for 12 months. A DIFC Full Will document is a separate purchase. The Will Writer is a drafting tool, not legal advice, and court or registration fees are paid to the court.

Which currency and price will I pay?

Your region suggests a billing currency, which you can change here. Checkout uses the quoted plan price and currency and shows any applicable tax before payment. Renewals keep your subscribed price and currency.

Question 4

Can I cancel a paid subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel from account settings. Paid access continues through the current billing period, then the account returns to Free. Cancelling does not automatically create a refund.

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

You can upgrade or change between monthly and annual billing in Settings. Review the amount due, including any credit for unused time, before confirming. Contact support to move to a lower paid plan. You can cancel renewal in Manage billing.

Which payment methods are available?

Payments are processed through Stripe. The methods available for your location and currency are shown during checkout.

How are refund requests handled?

Accepted Answer

Contact support if you believe a payment was made in error. Eligibility depends on the purchase terms, payment-provider rules and applicable law.

What happens to my information after cancellation?

Accepted Answer

At the end of the paid billing period, the account returns to Free and your information remains in the account. Features outside the Free plan become unavailable unless you subscribe again.

Which plans support a household?

Accepted Answer

Household sharing starts with Standard, which supports up to two members, including you. Premium supports up to four. Free is for personal use. The primary member manages shared plan access; each person keeps their own profile and permissions.
