Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small values a website asks your browser to store and send with later requests. Local storage keeps values in your browser until the site or you remove them. Similar technologies can have the same privacy implications even when they are not called cookies.
This notice covers Zempo’s use of those technologies. The Privacy Policy explains the related personal-information processing and who is responsible for it. A cookie preference is not consent to unrelated email marketing or every use of your personal information.
Essential storage
Essential storage supports authentication, security and remembering your privacy choice. Rejecting optional cookies does not switch these functions off. Authentication cookies are relevant when you sign in, not a reason to track public visitors.
The following inventory reflects the application as configured on 11 September 2026. Token expiry, cookie expiry and server-side retention are different things. Signing in or refreshing can replace a cookie.

Optional storage and analytics
The preference panel separates analytics, functional preferences and marketing. Optional choices start off. A choice applies only to the corresponding purpose; it does not make a provider active or authorise an unrelated new purpose.
Zempo can use Google Analytics, but it is not switched on today. If we switch it on, it will only run after you choose analytics in Cookie preferences, and usage events may include pages visited, device information and a pseudonymous account identifier. A pseudonymous identifier is not anonymous data.
Before we activate any optional technology we add it to this inventory with its provider, purpose, storage names, expiry and recipients, check that your choice controls it and that withdrawing works, and keep sensitive pages and information out of its events. Today no functional or marketing technology is active.
A cloud-hosting provider is not automatically a cookie provider. Payment, authentication or embedded third-party features need their own verified inventory and any required notice when used. We do not assume that every integration in the repository places cookies.
Change your choices
Use Cookie preferences on this page or in the website footer to review the categories, save a different choice or reject optional cookies. You do not need to sign in. Closing the panel without saving leaves your stored choice unchanged.
Your choice is stored for this browser. Other browsers or devices may need a separate choice. If you clear site data, the website will ask again.
Withdrawing a choice stops future optional activity; it does not undo earlier lawful processing. Deleting a cookie alone does not necessarily delete information a provider already holds; the Privacy Policy explains how to ask for deletion.
Your browser controls
Your browser settings can show, block or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or security features from working. Private browsing is not a guarantee of anonymity.
Use the privacy or site-data controls in your browser for storage removal. That is separate from requesting deletion of account information, which is covered in the Privacy Policy.

Each version of this policy shows its effective date. A new optional purpose needs a fresh choice from you where the law requires it; updating this policy is not a substitute for that choice.
