Five founding employer places, ending 31 January 2027

The benefit your people will open on a Tuesday night.

A personal finance app for your people’s whole household, built for life in the UAE.

Pilot with 50 to 300 people until 31 January 2027, or roll out to everyone now.

  • Two hours of HR time
  • Nothing for payroll or IT
  • You never see their records

What the research says

Money is the worry nobody’s covering.

Counselling, gym, medical: covered. Money: nobody’s job.

Most money stress isn’t about how much people earn. It’s about not knowing: what’s going out, what’s renewing, what’s left, and what the other half of the household is spending. Zempo puts all of it in one place they can see.

What they get

One calm place for their whole financial life.

Built for life here: accounts in more than one country, a partner, school fees and a drawer of papers.

Choose a step to explore the example.

Sample data

They upload statement PDFs from any bank, in any country. No bank login, nothing to link.

Why offer it

Good for your people. Easy for you.

For your people

Their account. Their records.

A personal account they keep, whatever happens at work.

No more guessing what the other one spent. Same picture, same page.

Any email
They sign up with any email they choose, and a personal one keeps the account with them.
Theirs to keep
If they leave you, the account and records stay with them.
Household
A partner can join, so the picture covers more than one salary.
Private
You never see inside it.

For you, in HR and reward

A benefit you can show is used.

Money is the one wellbeing pillar the rest of the package leaves alone.

Proof
Sign-ups, active use and a survey score, reported at day 30 and day 60.
No admin
About two hours of your time, with nothing for payroll, IT or procurement.
Retention
58% of UAE employees say they are job hunting. Money worry is one reason most benefits never touch.

Your schemes
Employees can keep a savings or end of service scheme statement in DocuVault beside their other papers.

Zempo does not administer, calculate or hold any end of service or scheme entitlement; it shows what the employee has entered.

Their own AI assistant

Questions answered from their own records.

Optional, and entirely in your employee’s hands. They choose whether to connect it and what it can read. You can’t see whether anyone does.

How founding employers start

A pilot until 31 January. About two hours of your time.

The full platform, including the Claude connection, for a pilot cohort of 50 to 300 people. Ready for your whole company now? Skip the pilot and we’ll plan a full rollout with you.

    From us
A one-page agreement, with one success metric agreed in writing.
    From you

  2. Launch in 30 minutes.

    From us
A launch kit and a launch session run by the founder, in person or online.
    From you

  3. Day 30, day 60 and close.

    From us
An anonymised report: sign-ups, active use and a survey score.
    From you
    Two 20-minute review calls.
  4. Decide in January.

    From us
Yes: continue from 1 February 2027 on terms agreed before the decision. No: nothing is owed.
    From you
A decision call in the week of 12 January 2027.
  • The launch kit: an announcement email, three Teams or Slack posts, a 30-minute lunch-and-learn script and a ten-question FAQ.
  • A named contact with same-day replies, throughout.
  • Nothing touches payroll, HRIS, SSO or IT. No PO, no invoice, no card.

If you don’t continue, your people keep their account and everything they’ve uploaded. Their account moves to the Free plan for personal use, with fewer uploads and without household sharing, investment tracking or AI assistant access.

Worth 20 minutes? Zempo founding employers

Zempo is a personal finance app for the whole household, built for people who live and work in the UAE. It connects read-only to Claude today, with ChatGPT coming soon. They have five founding employer places for UAE companies, with pilots running until 31 January 2027: a cohort of 50 to 300 of our people, a launch kit, an anonymised report at 30 and 60 days (sign-ups, active use and a survey score; no names or records), nothing touching payroll or IT, and about two hours of our time in total. People sign up with any email they choose, and the account stays theirs. We decide in January on our own numbers, and if we don't continue, nothing is owed. Details: https://zempo.ai/employers/pilot. Worth 20 minutes?

Common questions

Questions HR asks first.

Usage, privacy, advice and what happens after the pilot.

That is the pilot’s only question, so the usage number is agreed up front and reported at day 30 and 60. The launch session ends with everyone’s first statement uploaded live. If the number is missed, nobody pays.

Who sees what

Your employee sees everything. You see a count.

The employee
Everything. It’s their account, their records and their sign-in. If they leave you, the account stays with them.
Their AI assistant
Only the areas they approve, read-only, once everyone with an account in their household agrees. Each connection is confirmed with an emailed code and can be disconnected at any time. The answers come from their assistant, not from Zempo, and records go to its provider under that provider’s terms. You can’t see whether anyone connects one.
You, the employer
An anonymised count: sign-ups, active use and a survey score. No names, no accounts, no records.
Zempo
Zempo doesn’t sell personal information, and its terms give it no permission to train general-purpose models on people’s records. People can request account deletion in Settings, with a 30-day window to change their mind.

Information, never advice. Zempo shows your people their financial picture. It doesn’t give financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Answers from a connected AI assistant are produced by that assistant, not by Zempo. Zempo does not administer, calculate or hold any end of service or scheme entitlement; it shows what the employee has entered.

James Kevan, founder of Zempo

From the founder

Built for my own kitchen table first.

Zempo started as the thing my own household needed: one place for three banks in two countries, the documents, the goals, and a partner who could see the same picture. Then we connected it to the AI we already use and asked where the money went. The answer was two grocery deliveries a day. We have had a conversation about that.

I spent 15 years placing people into UAE jobs before this, and co-founded and sold People Partners, a UAE staffing business. Every one of them was stressed about money and not one had anywhere to put it. That is the gap this fills, and it is why I’m starting with five founding employers: I want to watch it work in a real company and build it with the people using it.
